Hilary Mc Lean grew up in the area, attending Notre dame convent and has lived in Bergvliet for many years, her children attending school in the area.

After obtaining her B.A. H.E.D. Hilary worked for the navy as a translator and subsequently as a teacher. She started her property career with Rourke and Gilmour in 1983 for whom she worked for 17 years. When Rourke & Gilmour closed down at the end of 1999, she decided to start her own business. Her 10% - 15% market share in the area proves that the venture has been very successful

Mary Rigby has lived in Bergvliet since 1977 and started her property career in 1983 joining Syfrets. In 1986 she joined Pam Golding properties for whom she worked until 2002.

She is well-known in the community, active in the church, principled and has an in-depth knowledge of the area.
